By accessing the mdl98 platform, registering an account, or playing any games, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you agree to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between mdl98 and the player. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time due to platform changes. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, the second and any subsequent accounts will be immediately closed and balances in those accounts may be forfeited. The same action may be taken if it is found that multiple accounts were opened by the same person with the intent of claiming bonus rewards.

2.3 Accuracy of Personal Information

When registering an account, your name, date of birth, contact phone number, and payment details must be accurate. mdl98 reserves the right to suspend any service, including withdrawals, if incorrect information is provided.

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Suspension

mdl98 reserves the right to suspend a player's account immediately and without prior notice for the following reasons—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspected violation of financial laws
• Use of cheating tools or software in games is detected
• Fraudulent activity to obtain a bonus is evident
• Third-party financial transactions are detected

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

You can deposit at mdl98 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for any payment method is 5,000 Ks. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's own payment method, in line with our anti-money laundering procedures.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Players must not use this platform as a tool for money laundering or for transferring funds illegally. If such activity is suspected, mdl98 reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks and temporarily hold withdrawals.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

The first deposit bonus at mdl98 is 150%, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks, which must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 720,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks, which must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to the first deposit bonus once only.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active without checking whether the wagering requirement has been met is equivalent to forfeiting the bonus.
• If it is found that multiple accounts have been opened to claim bonus rewards, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• mdl98 reserves the right to change bonus promotions at any time with prior notice.

6.1 Player Responsibilities

Players must not use cheating tools, hacking software, bots, autoplay scripts, or exploit any mathematical vulnerabilities in games. If a breach of this policy is found, mdl98 reserves the right to close the account, including forfeiture of any winnings.

6.2 Collusion

In player-versus-player games such as live casino, players must not collude to share another player's losses or play with the intent of passing winnings to associates. If such activity is found, the account may be suspended without prior warning.

7.1 VIP Cashback Program

mdl98 has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP level advances based on your play history and activity—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback rewards are subject to mdl98's weekly terms and may change.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Practices
